ABOUT US & THE ROLE Prodtec is part of the engineering firm Camatec, and together we deliver everything from concept sketches to finished products in our customer projects. We are a complete machine supplier with the development and manufacturing of special machines, machine components, and production lines. Our end customers include well-known industrial companies in energy, steel, defense, paper, mining, and more.

We have the advantage of managing all aspects of machine manufacturing in close collaboration with Camatec's project managers, designers, calculation, hydraulic, and automation engineers.

The workdays are fast-paced with varied tasks. The role will include;

• Machine assembly & installation
• Welding & Painting
• Cutting & machining
• Sourcing of components, services, and contract manufacturing
• Reverse Engineering

WE ARE LOOKING FOR With many exciting projects underway, we are now looking for 6-8 machine builders who want to be part of our knowledgeable team. We believe you are proactive and have a strong work ethic. You have worked for a few years in the industry in welding and/or machine building and are eager to continue developing. You are expected to contribute your experience and engagement to drive the projects forward, from raw materials to finished delivery-ready machines with support from your colleagues.

• Experience as a welder and/or machine manufacturer
• Experience in machining is a plus
• Good understanding of the overall manufacturing process, from drawings to finished machines
• Good communication skills and a strong interest in technical problem-solving
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing
• Driving license B
